Diane C. Wray, CPA
Senior Vice President of Finance & Human Resources and Chief Financial Officer

Diane has over 25 years of leadership experience in all aspects of financial and human resource management.  Her career began with 15 years at the Medical College of Ohio.  Most recently, Diane served as Vice President of Finance for AWAC/InVentiv Health, where she was responsible for the company’s $30 million operation.  Prior to that, she was the Chief Financial Officer/Vice President for Finance, for the Medical College of Georgia where she executed the strategic financial plan and coordinated the institution’s $850 million budget.  She is well-versed in all aspects of finance and human resources, including budget development, financial statement preparation and analysis, audit, profitability and growth analysis, system automation and redesign, strategic financial planning, employment law, HR compliance, and recruitment.  

Diane has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Toledo.  She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed to practice in Georgia and Ohio.  Diane is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants (GSCPA).  

Janet Seigler
Vice President of Finance

Janet brings more than 25 years of experience in accounting and finance to Medac.  Beginning her career with Coopers and Lybrand, she has managed the treasury, tax, audit and financial reporting functions for several companies in the private sector.  Janet has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the College of Charleston.
