Mark Weinstein, FACHE
Senior Vice President of Operations

Mark has more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, both private and public sectors.   In the private sector, Mark worked as a financial manager and administrator in the clinical laboratory industry.  He directed multi-site operations for billing and revenue cycle management, the development of work flow processes, accounts receivable system implementations, and regulatory compliance.  Mark has additional experience in budgeting, analysis and reporting, strategic planning, and managed care contracting.

As an administrator in the military health system, Mark operated and led a variety of activities to include financial management, human resources, medical material, patient administrative services, and more, in hospital and clinic settings.  Mark culminated his military service as the Executive Director of an overseas managed care program.  Mark holds a Master of Public Administration (Health Care Concentration) from The American University and is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Kate Colclasure
Director of New Account Management

Kate came to Medac in 2005 as an Accounts Receivable Representative and was quickly promoted to Assistant Supervisor over Northeast Accounts. In 2006, she became the Provider Enrollment Department Manager where she streamlined the training program and began establishing written parameters for new account transitions. In 2009, she was promoted to New Account Coordinator. In this position she developed a team approach to implementations. As Director, she manages the entire process, and continues to utilize best practices to ensure a smooth start-up for all Medac clients. Kate is pursuing her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through the Project Management Institute at the University of South Carolina.
