Mark Weinstein, FACHE
Senior Vice President of Operations

Mark has more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, both private and public sectors.   In the private sector, Mark worked as a financial manager and administrator in the clinical laboratory industry.  He directed multi-site operations for billing and revenue cycle management, the development of work flow processes, accounts receivable system implementations, and regulatory compliance.  Mark has additional experience in budgeting, analysis and reporting, strategic planning, and managed care contracting.

As an administrator in the military health system, Mark operated and led a variety of activities to include financial management, human resources, medical material, patient administrative services, and more, in hospital and clinic settings.  Mark culminated his military service as the Executive Director of an overseas managed care program.  Mark holds a Master of Public Administration (Health Care Concentration) from The American University and is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Jimmy Patrick
Vice President of New Account Management

Jimmy has more than 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry.  First as the owner of MitPat, a medical billing service, and then bringing his knowledge and experience to Medac to focus exclusively on anesthesia and pain management billing systems and processes.  His throrough understanding of anesthesia billing operations, provider fee schedules, collections procedures, billing system review, practice operation assessment and identifying and solving medical reimbursement problems have allowed him to seamlessly transition over 120 groups to Medac.  His extensive knowleged of our Kam Technologies system is invaluable in the presentation of our services at conferences and client meetings, as well as educating clients to use our reporting tools.
