Nicholas A. Mareletto Senior Vice President of Practice Management and Managed Care Nick has over 30 years of experience in healthcare finance and administration, practice operations and development, and hospital and managed care contracting. His perspective is unique as a result of his background in both insurance and healthcare administration. Nick was Vice President for Prudential’s HMO subsidiary, PruCare, where he was responsible for their group practice model. His responsibilities included medical group operations and development, as well as specialty physician and hospital contracting. From there, Nick moved on to focus on managed care and spent 8 years as the Director of Contracting and Reimbursement for the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey – Robert Wood Johnson Medical School with responsibilities for all managed care contracting and credentialing functions for its 375-physician faculty practice plan. As a result of his tenure in senior administrative positions, he is also well versed in practice management functions, including payer contracting. Nick has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Seton Hall University.
